217.808 Definitions for KRS 217.808 to 217.812. The following terms shall have the meanings set forth below: <br>(1) "Vending machine" means any self-service or semi-self-service device which upon insertion of a coin, coins or tokens or by other similar means dispenses unit servings <br>of food either in bulk or in packaged form.
