217B.150 Records -- Time held. The department shall require licensees to maintain records with respect to applications of <br>pesticides. Such relevant information as the department may deem necessary may be <br>specified by regulation. Such records shall be kept for a period of three (3) years from the <br>date of the application of the pesticide to which such records refer, and the department <br>shall, upon request in writing, be furnished with a copy of such records forthwith by the <br>licensee. History: Amended 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 148, sec. 14. -- Created 1972 Ky. Acts ch. 130, sec. 15.
