Dealers who are licensed according to this chapter may install or service, or may have their employees install or service any manufactured housing in compliance with this chapter and the dealer and his employees shall be exempt from any requirements for trade or mechanic licenses of any other type. The dealer is not exempt from any requirements for a permit which any state or political subdivision may require.
