§1202-A. Prohibition of discrimination
A citizen shall not be excluded from jury service in this State on account of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, economic status, marital status, age or physical handicap, except as provided in this chapter. [1981, c. 705, Pt. G, §2 (NEW).]
