Chapter 729: RECOVERY OF FORFEITED PROPERTY

§7153. Appraisal

The value shall be ascertained by the appraisement of 3 disinterested persons mutually chosen by the parties, or, if they cannot agree, by a justice of the peace in the county. [1987, c. 736, §19 (AMD).]
