Subchapter 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS

§569. Rules

The rules formulated under this chapter may supplement, but do not supersede, the rules adopted by the Board of Boiler Rules and the Board of Elevator and Tramway Safety, whose rulemaking authority is clearly set forth in Title 32, chapters 131 and 133, respectively, and the rules adopted by the Department of Health and Human Services under the laws administered by that department. All rules must be adopted pursuant to the Maine Administrative Procedure Act. [1995, c. 560, Pt. H, §10 (AMD); 1995, c. 560, Pt. H, §17 (AFF); 2003, c. 689, Pt. B, §6 (REV).]
