§1006. Class V licenses
1. Types of liquor which may be sold. A Class V licensee may sell spirits, wine and malt liquor to be consumed on the premises where sold.

2. Fees. The fees for a Class V license are as follows:
A. Full-time (one year)...............$ 495. [1993, c. 410, Pt. ZZ, §11 (AMD).]
