§3509. Powers of directors
For the purpose of providing mass transportation services wholly or partially within the municipalities comprising the district, the directors of a district may: [1987, c. 737, Pt. 1. Powers over property. Take, purchase, hold, maintain, operate, lease, rent, mortgage and convey any real and personal property;
