1. Creation of Androscoggin County Commissioner Districts. Androscoggin County is divided into the following 3 districts.
A. Commissioner District Number 1, in the County of Androscoggin, consists of the minor civil divisions of Durham, Greene, Leeds, Lisbon, Livermore, Livermore Falls, Sabattus, Turner and Wales.
