§759. Effective date

(CONTAINS TEXT WITH VARYING EFFECTIVE DATES)

(WHOLE SECTION TEXT EFFECTIVE UNTIL 7/1/11)

This Act takes effect January 1, 1995. All limited liability companies formed on or after that date and all foreign limited liability companies applying for authority to transact business within this State on or after that date are governed by this Act. [1993, c. 718, Pt. A, §1 (NEW).]
