Chapter 36: OSTEOPATHIC PHYSICIANS

Subchapter 1: BOARD OF OSTEOPATHIC LICENSURE

§2562-A. Adequacy of budget

The budget submitted by the board to the Commissioner of Professional and Financial Regulation must be sufficient to enable the board to comply with this subchapter. The fiscal resources available to the board must enable it to strengthen its staffing capabilities and those of the Department of the Attorney General's legal and investigative staff so that complaints, including the professional liability related complaints detailed in Title 24, section 2607, are resolved in a timely fashion.
