Chapter 85: POLYGRAPH EXAMINERS

§7169. Admissibility of evidence

The fact that evidence was obtained in violation of this chapter shall not render the evidence inadmissible in any criminal, civil or administrative proceeding. [1979, c. 541, Pt. B, §43 (NEW).]
