§4115. Federal juvenile offenders

The commissioner may contract with the Attorney General of the United States for the confinement and support in the Mountain View Youth Development Center of juvenile offenders against the laws of the United States in accordance with 18 United States Code, Sections 706 and 707. [1999, c. 583, §45 (NEW); 2001, c. 439, Pt. G, §8 (AMD).]
