§1752. Centrally leased space and food vending

The Bureau of Public Improvements may establish a dedicated revenue account for the management of space leased by the bureau for state offices and facilities. Charges levied to state agencies for centrally leased space shall be deposited to the dedicated revenue account. A dedicated revenue account may be established for operations related to food vending services. [1989, c. 501, Pt. P, §15 (NEW).]
