Chapter 17: PIN BALL MACHINES

§446-A. Local option

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter to the contrary, a municipality may provide by ordinance that the issuance, denial and revocation of pin ball licenses be handled by the municipal officers. Such an ordinance may also contain additional licensing requirements. If a municipality adopts such an ordinance, the actions of the municipal officers are subject to review in Superior Court pursuant to Maine Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 80B. [1981, c. 129, (NEW).]
