2. The administrator may, by rule, require every licensee to file a composite annual report relating to all supervised loans made by that licensee. Information contained in annual reports shall be confidential and may be published only in composite form. The administrator may at any time require additional reports if he deems such action necessary to the proper supervision of licensees.
