§ 7-235. Maryland Vending Program for the Blind.
 

Personal property is not subject to valuation or property tax if the property: 

(1) is owned by an individual operating a vending facility under the Maryland Vending Program for the Blind; and 

(2) is used exclusively for that purpose.
