§ 8-301. Definitions.
(a) In general.- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) Court.- "Court" means the circuit court for any county.
(c) Land.- "Land" means real property or any interest in it.
(d) Plat.- "Plat" means a plat or a map.
