Section 25. There shall be a director of each foreign office appointed by the executive director of OITI, with the approval of the director of economic development, who shall be a person with at least two years’ experience in international trade, having had administrative or business experience in the country where the office is located, who shall be fluent in at least two languages and who may be a foreign national. The director shall not be subject to the provisions of chapter thirty-one or section nine A of chapter thirty.
