Section 12OO. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart April twenty-eighth as Exercise Tiger Day in recognition of the thirty thousand servicemen who left Truro, England on an exercise mission for the D-Day invasion and recommending that said day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
