Statutes > Massachusetts > PARTI > TITLEIII > CHAPTER29 > Section2ESection 2E. There shall be established and set up on the books of the commonwealth a separate fund, to be known as the Federal Highway Construction Program Fund. Money received from the federal government on account of projects financed in whole or in part by appropriations authorized to be charged to said fund shall be credited to said fund, except that amounts so received which represent reimbursement for expenditures from Highway Fund personal services appropriations shall be credited to the Highway Fund.
