Section 71. General courts-martial of the armed forces of the commonwealth may be convened by the commander-in-chief, and may impose one or more of the following punishments or sentences for each offense:— (1) fine, not exceeding two hundred dollars; (2) forfeiture of pay and allowances; (3) reprimand; (4) dismissal or dishonorable discharge from the service; (5) reduction of noncommissioned officers.
