Section 5. A license issued under section four shall be valid for two years from the date of issue, but may be revoked or suspended, subject to the provisions of chapter thirty A, if the commissioner finds that the licensee or any of its representatives:

(a) is no longer qualified to operate or serve as a representative of a private business school; or

(b) has violated any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted by the commissioner; or

(c) cannot reasonably be expected to perform commitments to its pupils because of inadequate funds or equipment or because of a lack of qualified instructors; or

(d) has failed or refused to permit the commissioner or his designee to inspect the licensee’s buildings or equipment or has failed or refused to make available to the commissioner or his designee, within a reasonable time any information that reasonably pertains to the operation of the licensee’s school; or

(e) has failed to provide or maintain premises or equipment in a safe or sanitary condition.
