All contracts, agreements, licenses, leases and other obligations of the authority duly made under the authority of chapter three hundred and fifty-four of the acts of nineteen hundred and fifty-two, chapter five hundred and ninety-eight of the acts of nineteen hundred and fifty-eight or chapter one hundred and two of the acts of nineteen hundred and ninety-five shall remain in full force and effect until terminated in accordance with the respective terms and provisions of such contracts, agreements, licenses, leases and other obligations. All regulations and by-laws adopted under the authority of said acts shall remain in full force and effect until amended or otherwise altered by the authority.
