Section 30. Any person who constructs or maintains any weir, pound net or fish trap after having received written approval therefor as provided in section twenty-nine shall at all times while such structure is maintained have the same plainly marked with the number of such approval painted or printed on a sign or flag in figures at least six inches in height and conspicuously displayed on the inshore and offshore ends of such structure. Violation of the provisions of this section shall be punished by a fine of not more than twenty-five dollars.
