Section 21. Every person registered under section sixteen shall, before entering upon the practice of podiatry, submit his certificate of registration to the clerk of the city or town where he proposes to practice, and shall inform the clerk that he is the person designated therein, and shall pay him the fee provided by clause (24) of section thirty-four of chapter two hundred and sixty-two. Thereupon, the clerk shall record his name and address and the date and number of his certificate, and the said record shall be open to public inspection, and the clerk shall furnish a copy thereof to the board within one week.
