Statutes > Massachusetts > PARTI > TITLEXVII > CHAPTER118A > Section4Section 4. An application to the Social Security Administration of the United States Department of Health, Education and Welfare for supplemental security income benefits pursuant to title XVI of the federal Social Security Act shall be deemed an application for state supplementary payment for the category of assistance for which said application is filed. Eligibility for any one category of assistance of an individual or couple shall be determined in accordance with federal law.
