  Section 50A. Courses of instruction in boxing, boxing or sparring matches or exhibitions sponsored and conducted by recognized boys' clubs, youth organizations, schools and colleges, or by municipal or state park or recreational departments, under the supervision of qualified instructors and directors, may take place or be conducted in any city or town; provided, however, that fraternal and veteran organizations shall not conduct such boxing or sparring matches more than twice in one calendar year.

Courses of instruction in boxing, kickboxing, mixed martial arts and other unarmed combative sports, or sparring matches or exhibitions sponsored and conducted by recognized boys and girls clubs, youth organizations, private clubs and athletic associations, schools and colleges, law enforcement agencies or municipal or state parks and recreation departments, under the supervision of qualified instructors and directors, may be conducted in a city or town without requiring a license under section 33.
