Section 14. After claiming such appeal, the parties may waive it and submit the claim to arbitrators agreed on by the parties and appointed by the probate court, and thereupon the appeal shall not be entered. The award of such arbitrators, if accepted by the court, shall be as conclusive as a judgment at law.
