Section 36. If any of the provisions in sections twenty-seven to thirty-five, inclusive, shall be held invalid or unconstitutional in relation to any of the applications thereof, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect other applications thereof, or other provisions in said sections; and to these ends the provisions in said sections are declared to be severable.
