Section 5. Each correspondence school shall file a copy of all its advertising with the commissioner. If the commissioner finds that a correspondence school engages in or has engaged in untrue, deceptive, or misleading advertising, he may revoke its license by proceedings in compliance with the provisions of chapter thirty A.
