AERONAUTICS CODE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN (EXCERPT)
Act 327 of 1945

259.1a Discrimination prohibited.

Sec. 1a.

Notwithstanding any existing regulation to the contrary, operation of aircraft shall not be regulated on the basis of an individual's race, religion, creed, color, national origin, gender, or ancestry.
