MENTAL HEALTH CODE (EXCERPT)
Act 258 of 1974

330.1723a Appointment of guardian ad litem.

Sec. 723a.

The court with jurisdiction in each case resulting from a report made under section 723 shall appoint a guardian ad litem for the recipient.
