Act 154 of 1964
408.388 Wage deviation board; data from employer, hearings.
Sec. 8.
The wage deviation board may request data of any employer, subject to the provisions of this act, as to the wages paid and hours worked by his employees and may hold such hearings as it deems necessary in obtaining this information.
