Act 290 of 1965

408.772 Appeal to board.

Sec. 22.

A person who is aggrieved by an order or act of the director or the chief inspector within 15 days' notice after the order or act, may appeal the order or act to the board. The board, within 30 days, shall issue an appropriate order either approving or disapproving the order or act. A copy of the order of the board shall be given to all interested parties.
