MICHIGAN CIVILIAN CONSERVATION CORPS ACT (EXCERPT)

409.309 Medical benefits.

Sec. 9.

Corpsmembers who at the time of hire were receiving general assistance or aid to families with dependent children shall continue to receive, while they are corpsmembers, the medical benefits provided under the social welfare act, Act No. 280 of the Public Acts of 1939, being sections 400.1 to 400.121 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
