TRAXLER-MCCAULEY-LAW-BOWMAN BINGO ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 382 of 1972

432.120 Effective date.

Sec. 20.

This act shall take effect April 1, 1973, for purposes of administration and licensing but bingo shall not be conducted lawfully pursuant to this act until June 30, 1973.
