450.2913 Destruction or disposition of certain records.

Sec. 913.

The county clerk may destroy the copies of the corporate documents of a corporation which were forwarded to the office of the county clerk in accordance with Act No. 327 of the Public Acts of 1931, as amended, being sections 450.62 to 450.192 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, and its predecessor act. The clerk may destroy or dispose of these records in accordance with section 5 of Act No. 271 of the Public Acts of 1913, as amended, being section 399.5 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
