460.704 List required; filing; contents.
Sec. 4.
A public utility having underground facilities in a county shall file with the clerk of the county a list containing the name of every city, village, township, and section within the township in the county in which it has underground facilities, the name of the public utility and the title and address of its representative designated to receive the written notice of intent required by section 5.
