Act 295 of 1976
474.62 Federal loan, guarantee of loan, or federal programs.
Sec. 12.
The department may apply for an acquisition and modernization loan, or a guarantee of a loan, pursuant to the federal acts or other federal programs within the limit of funds appropriated for this purpose.
