STATE TRANSPORTATION PRESERVATION ACT OF 1976 (EXCERPT)

474.69a Compliance.

Sec. 19a.

In exercising the powers provided by this act, the department shall comply with policies established by the state transportation commission in accordance with section 28 of article V of the state constitution of 1963.
