474.133 Violation of act; penalty; separate offense.

Sec. 33.

A person subject to this act who operates a passenger service without obtaining a certificate of authority required under this act or without meeting the insurance requirements provided in this act shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500.00. Each violation constitutes a separate offense.
