SUPPORT AND PARENTING TIME ENFORCEMENT ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 295 of 1982

552.624a Proceedings to set aside transfer of title or ownership of property without fair consideration.

Sec. 24a.

For a friend of the court case, if a support arrearage has accrued and there is reason to believe the payer transferred title or ownership of real or personal property without fair consideration, the title IV-D agency shall initiate proceedings to have the transfer set aside as provided in the uniform fraudulent transfer act, 1998 PA 434, MCL 566.31 to 566.43, or obtain a settlement in the form of full payment of the arrearage or in periodic repayments as is possible in the best interest of the recipient of support.
