Sec. 3.
The order for appearance shall be substantially in the following form or in such other form as may be prescribed by order of the court:

In the name of the people of the State of Michigan. To all persons claiming any interest in or lien upon the real property herein described or any part thereof including their unknown heirs, devisees, legatees and assigns, as the case may be, greetings:
Take notice, that the record title to all of the lands in .......... county is in question by reason of the loss or destruction of records in the office of the register of deeds thereof, and in consequence thereof on the .................. day of ..................
