Act 116 of 1973
722.115a Providing records to children's ombudsman.
Sec. 5a.
A child placing agency shall provide the children's ombudsman created in section 3 of the children's ombudsman act with those records requested by the ombudsman pertaining to a matter under investigation by the ombudsman.
