THE MICHIGAN PENAL CODE (EXCERPT)
Act 328 of 1931

750.243e Violation of section; penalty; misdemeanor.

Sec. 243e.

Any person, firm, copartnership or corporation, who violates any of the provisions of sections 243a to 243d, or who violates the terms of any permit issued thereunder, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
