Revised Statutes of 1846 (EXCERPT)
CHAPTER 1. OF THE STATUTES.

8.3g “Insane person” defined.

Sec. 3g.

The words “insane person” shall be construed to include an idiot, a non compos, a lunatic and an otherwise distracted person.
