145.98 COUNCIL ON HEALTH PROMOTION AND WELLNESS.

Subdivision 1.Creation; membership.

The commissioner of health may appoint an Advisory Task Force on Health Promotion and Wellness. Members of the task force shall be experienced or interested in health promotion and wellness. There shall be at least one member from each congressional district. The task force shall expire, and the terms, compensation, and removal of members shall be governed by section 15.059.

Subd. 2.

Subd. 3.Powers.

The task force may solicit, receive, and disburse funds made available for health promotion and wellness.
