148.07 RENEWAL FEES; EXPENSES.

Subdivision 1.Renewal fees.

All persons practicing chiropractic within this state, or licensed so to do, shall pay, on or before the date of expiration of their licenses, to the Board of Chiropractic Examiners a renewal fee set by the board, with a penalty set by the board for each month or portion thereof for which a license fee is in arrears and upon payment of the renewal and upon compliance with all the rules of the board, shall be entitled to renewal of their license.

Subd. 2.Expenses.

The expenses of administering sections 148.01 to 148.105 shall be paid from the appropriation made to the state Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Expenditures and revenues must be managed in accordance with the statewide accounting principles and requirements of the commissioner of management and budget.
