§ 83-5-33. Unfair methods of competition and deceptive practices prohibited.
No person shall engage in this state in any trade practice which is defined in Sections 83-5-29 to 83-5-51 as, or determined pursuant to said sections to be, an unfair method of competition or an unfair or deceptive act or practice in the business of insurance.
